Class Descriptions

Intro - For beginners or anyone who would like to learn the proper technique for kettlebell training.  This class is required in order to attend any other kettle bell class.

Reshape - Get an intense workout doing the fundamentals.  A class for everyone.  An all-level class practicing the fundamental kettlebell exercises as well as incorporating unconventional training methods such as body weight movements, floor work, sled, rope, and much more.

HEAT - High Energy Achievement Training.  An all-level, high energy class focusing on the cardio aspect of kettlebell training and other dynamic movements.  Unconventional training methods are also incorporated.  A fun and explosive class!

Powerhouse - Strength.  An all-level class focusing on increasing strength and power through double kettlebell movements and heavy bell work as well as bodyweight holds.

Fierce - An all-level class combining both our HEAT class and Powerhouse class.

Primal Stretch - An all-level 45 min class implementing stretch and primal movement.  Primal move is a system where the goal is to create better movement by moving our own body without any type of weight.  Move, move better, move stronger, and move more, practicing functional skill, functional performance, and fundamental movements.




From beginner to advanced, our group classes will fit all of your needs. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you.

All of our sessions are class based.  

There will be an instructor present for each class to watch form,

technique and issuing a workout.
